circular, the cream body decorated with three octagonal grisaille cartouches, the central one including a centaur against red ground, flanked by putti scenes against green ground, surrounded by classical-style friezes, the gilt framed lower and upper borders with stylised classical motifs on light blue ground, upswept blue handle with gilt ends, the conforming saucer with fanning panels, gilt highlighting and red rim, marked under base with gilt crowned monograms of Nicholas II and dated 1901 and 1902
