An unusual cloisonné enamel and gilt-bronze mirror, and a lobed jardinière

The mirror formed as a plain polished metal disc set within gilt-bronze fretwork surrounds and a cloisonné enamel turquoise-ground frame, mounted on a pierced hardwood four-footed stand, overall 28cm (10¼in) high; and a lobed circular turquoise-ground jardinière, each lobe decorated with an oval shou character, 18cm (7in) wide, wood stand.
