Cyril Freeman Hobbs, was killed in action on 9th May 1918, aged 26. He was the son of Luther and Charlotte E.Hobbs of 86 Holmedene Avenue, Herne Hill London. He is buried in the Lapugnoy Military Cemetry.
The lot comes with assorted letters and official correspondence, photographs, newspaper cutting, original photograph of his wooden headstone.
