The exterior of the casket applied entirely in mother-of-pearl and aogai, the hinged, high-domed cover lifting to reveal a plain roiro lacquer interior with fitted, movable lacquer tray, unsigned; with tomobako titled and signed by the artist Yunen zo. 33.8cm x 25.6cm x 46.5cm (13¼in x 10 1/8in x 18¼in).
