Neo-Attic, circa 1st Century B.C./A.D.
Archaistic in style, carved in low relief with a horse and warrior in profile to the left, the rider wearing a short tunic and holding a sword, his long hair tied at the nape of the neck, the horse with an upright stylised mane, 14in x 17in x 2½in (35.5cm x 43cm x 6.5cm)
