A large Guild spouted flagon, German, circa 1880
The incised line tapering drum engraved '1696' with applied shield to base, dome knopped lid and heart covered spout, mask cast thumbpiece, single curve handle with ornate scroll terminal, raised on three ball and claw feet, touchmarks to handle, cast rose to inside of base, possibly by August Wegang, height 48cm.
