height of male 20 1/2in (52cm), female 17 1/4 (44cm), attendant 15in (38cm)
each couple seated on four-legged stools with cicatrice tattoos on their shoulders, left arms with hands spread resting on the left knees, their eyes seemingly closed, poised in a introspective trance, the male with his right arms raised with a cupped hand, presumably once holding a perishable implement, the female raising a bowl at head level with her right hand, the attendant standing on proportionally large feet and holding a bowl with both hands outward as in an offering, the top of each couple's head with small flared rim as spout; covered overall in cream and reddish brown pigments.
