Unforgiven - Unforgotten depicts a colourful account of the slave trade in West Africa. A white slave trader barters for slaves with an African chief, resplendent in full ceremonial attire. The slaves, captured from neighbouring areas, are manacled and roped together and paraded in front of the trader while a ship looms ominously offshore.
