blackwood, of elongated oval form, carved and pierced, the sides with openwork panels depicting fruit-bearing vines, with a central pedestal turned and carved with acanthus and lotus bulbs, surrounded by four curling vine supports with terminals bearing fruits, all on a platform base with openwork vine sides, with four scrolling legs on four gadrooned bun feet
