Of pear form with raised vertical ridges to the neck and body, decorated in polychrome enamels and gold with chrysanthemums, butterflies, and stippled clouds to the body, the long neck painted with peach stems on a brick red ground between variously patterned colored bands, and with a band of white rabbits on a red ground above a flaring base decorated with leaf fans and flower heads on a blue spiral ground; signed Nihon Kyoto Taizan kinsei and with impressed seal Taizan to the recessed base(wear to gilt).
