The larger with a high neck and wide rim, the sides decorated in dark-hued cobalt with chrysanthemum medallions separating bands of floral sprays and ruyi-lappets supported by a high foot and a recessed glazed base; the smaller a covered ginger jar with descending and ascending leaf-shaped reserves at shoulder and foot surrounding alternating auspicious emblems, the slightly set-in foot rim surrounding a double ring painted to the recessed base.
