Illuminated manuscript on vellum, in Latin, late 15th century. 25 leaves, 19 lines per page, written space 110 x 80 mm, in brown and red inks, frequent musical notation, 2 text pages in full floral borders, 1 polychrome initial, and 3 FULL-PAGE MINIATURES in full floral borders. 8vo (166 x 109 mm). Later red velvet. Frequent rubbing and fading with some loss, few stains, last page inked over, limited ink restoration within, bookplates removed, arms effaced on incipit leaf.
