A British Pattern 1796 light cavalry trooper's saber by Wooley & Company
Broad, curved 32 1/2 inch fullered blade with Tower inspection mark and stamped on the spine Wooley & Co. Steel stirrup hilt with ribbed leather-covered grip. Steel two-ring scabbard.
Condition: Metal cleaned and showing patches of spotting/pitting on upper two-thirds of blade and overall the hilt and scabbard. Grip missing wire wrapping.
