A superb four person picnic set by G.W. Scott and Sons , 144 Charing Cross Road, London, circa 1909,
fine woven dark brown wicker cased suitcase drinking and sandwich picnic set, the inside lid attractively fitted and the interior housing two fine drinks bottles with woven wicker covers, a set of four glasses each held in their original wicker containers housed in their own compartments, two large rectangular sandwich boxes with ceramic base, a full set of cutlery is housed in the lid in leather straps, along with set of four enamel gilt edged plates and ceramic butter jar, the lid is secured by locking bar with original padlock and key, all in excellent order.
