A Walt Disney celluloid from "Tarzan"
200, three cel set-up one of which is an underlay and one of which is an overlay/underlay, depicts the Sabor when Tarzan leaps to Kerchek's rescue, Sabor is eyeing and growling at him, applied to its matching watercolor production background, Disney stamp lower right, with Certificate of Authenticity, matted.
The character cels were specially created by artist in the Ink and Paint Department at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. The basis for the cels is original animation drawings rendered by Disney animators and used in the production of the film. No original production cels were created in the making of Tarzan.
