AN EARLY 20th CENTURY STEVENS MODEL DOCKYARD 3in GAUGE SPIRIT FIRED 4-4-0 LOCOMOTIVE AND TENDER 'ROYAL SOVEREIGN' No.643
Brass boiler with chimney, dome, Ramsbottom safety valve and whistle, signal lamp to front, cab with pressure gauge, regulator, water gauge and level test cocks, twin outside cylinders with slip eccentric reverse and round bar type crosshead guides. Six wheel tender with makers plaque, cast dummy springs, spirit tank and flow valve and dummy brake lever, finished in green, black and polished brightwork, mounted on wooden display base with track - 25 1/2ins (65cm) long.
