A rare Wood & Caldwell bronze glazed figure of Fortitude, circa 1790-1810
Modelled standing beside a leaning column, she wears classical robes and stands on a square base, decorated with an all-over bronze glaze, 51cm, impressed mark (firing fracture underneath base, chips to back corners of base).
