Rudolf Helmut Sauter (British, 1895-1977) Collection of sketchbooks, watercolours, books, prints and photocopies of original letters currently held by the Imperial War Museum The letters are all dated 1918 when Sauter was interned at Frimley. There are four sketchbooks, one of which is Sicily and North Africa dated 1925. There are 9 etchings, those which are dated are 1930, the books are 'Galsworthy The Man' by Sauter and 'The Dear Dogs' by Ada Galsworthy
