Mark Xa with 3/4-depth hinged lid,
with early Garrard electric motor and turntable, double-spring horseshoe soundbox to Wilson swan-neck tonearm, Grape Street address to EMG plaque, in oak veneered case with three-quarter hinged lid, on small block feet, the horn socket to rear centre on top with 24.1/2-inch bell Panharmonic horn; additional Meltrope double-spring soundbox; and a good home-built tonearm counterbalance, (soundbox rebuilt - new aluminium back), - 17.1/2in. (44.4cm) wide, depth 21in. (53cm), the horn length 47in. (120cm)
