A Wedgwood creamware teapot and cover
circa 1775
The globular form with leaf-moulded spout and husk-moulded handle, printed in black on the front with a version of The Tea Party,, the reverse with a seated shepherd and sheep, inscribed beside the rim with the name 'K*V, hoef' the cover with foliate scroll garland around a ball finial, 13.5cm high, impressed Wedgwood in lower case (cracked, some repairs and staining).
