A pair of German porcelain candelabra
Both pieces on scrolled oval bases decorated with pink and pale blue scrolled patterns, each piece with a figure sat between two large wicker baskets, decorated to the interior with painted insects and flowers, the first a figure of a boy in a hat holding a posy of flowers, the second with a figure of a girl holding a posy of flowers, each piece with a narrow branch-like stem ending in a small wicker basket filled with a small pyramid of encrusted flowers, with three downswept branches coming from that, adorned with encrusted flowers, ending in small cylindrical candle-holders, painted with colourful insects, 28.5cms tall (2).
