A Royal Worcester twin handled blush ivory vase

Of rounded ovoid form, delicately painted with flowering branches, detailed with insects and butterflies, signed 'ER', the twin solid gilt arched handles extending from the neck and terminating at the collar, the slightly tapered neck moulded with archaistic style decoration, below trefoil rim banding, all heightened in gilt, the body mounted upon a pedestal base spreading to a domed foot picked out with scrolls and repeat anthemion motifs enriched with gilt throughout; 28cm high, puce printed mark, pattern number 1034, (lacking cover).
