A Japanese Imari jardinière
The jardiniere decorated in Imari colours of orange, white, and cobalt blue, with gilt highlights, with two panels with depictions of flowers and insects, the panels bordered by geometric patterns and floral depictions, the neck of the jardiniere with a relief-moulded gilt bow around it, the rim with a gently scalloped edge, the jardiniere measuring 24cms tall, and measuring 26cms across the rim.
