Painted in Kakiemon style with a phoenix perched on banded hedges issuing indianische Blumen and another bird in flight overhead, with two sprigs of leaves and flowers and two butterflies around the brown-edged rim, 24.2cm across, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, impressed numeral 20(?)
