Footnotes

  • Two letters of authenticity accompany the guitar, one from Robert Fleischman, who acquired the guitar whilst recording his album, 'Perfect Stranger' in New York. During these sessions he needed an acoustic guitar and the album Producer, Jimmy Iovine, informed him that his engineer had a guitar for sale. Fleischman duly purchased it and was told that Lennon had used it for the 'Walls And Bridges' recordings.
