Footnotes
Sunday 25th June 1967 was an historic day, both for the Beatles and the development of television. Together with an orchestra, the group gathered in Abbey Road's Studio One and, after rehearsals, performed a partly-live version of 'All You Need Is Love' for 'Our World', the first-ever programme transmitted to five continents via satellite.
