playing ten airs, with single-spring motor, single-section comb with separate right-hand six-tooth bell comb with select for the nine buffet bells, each engraved and crown top finials with matching hammers, the 2-train timepiece with white enamel dial and black Roman numerals with minute dividers, striking on a bell with the actuation trip spindle to the exposed movement through miniature brass pulley, in ebonised interior under glass dustlid, in large later ebonised serpentine case with painted triple linges infils, repeated panels to sides, front and canted corners, on wide moulded plinth base, bevelled timepiece glass surmounted by lacquered brass, with timepiece and lid keys - 30in. (76cm) wide, the cylinder 14in. (36cm)
