Labelled Rue des Martyrs 20, pres l'eglise Notre Dame - de-Lorette au 2me etage Lacote Luthier Paris Medaille A L'Exposition 1839 and Medaille A L'Exposition Anne 1851 and the head stock with Lacote A Paris inscribed below a mother of pearl disk Length from nut to bridge 632mm (24 7/8in) the head with machines, with six pinned moustache bridge, twelve frets to the body, the sound hole surrounded by black and white inlay repeated around the edge, some restorations in lined case.
