the watch signed EVANS & SON, Shrewsbury and numbered 1794, with pierced and engraved movement, enamel dial with black Roman numerals, gilt hands, gilt metal hinged inner case and outer tortoiseshell and gilt metal case, hung from an associated Neapolitan figure with glass eyes, on a shaped base above a green velvet covered plinth, the watch 5cm wide, the figure 31cm high overall
