A large pair of late 19th / early 20th century French gilt and patinated bronze candelabra
of architectural form, each with a portico supported on four doric columns and surmounted by an urn, the urn issuing two pairs of scrolling acanthus wrapped arms, the nozzles and drip pans with bell flowers and C scrolls, with a further nozzle above, each with a figure of Mars after Moreau beneath the portico, raised on plinth bases with four toupie feet, 86cm high (2)
