23-jewel Cal.13-130 manual winding damascened nickel lever movement, stamped with the Geneva seal, bi-metallic compensation balance, 8 adjustments, precision regulator, silvered dial, applied numerals, subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minute recording, outer pulsation scale, 18ct gold case with faceted bezel, fitted leather strap, together with original Certificate of Origin and Extract from the Archives, case, dial and movement signed

  • It is believed that there are only two other Ref:591 wristwatches with pulsation dials known. This current lot is the only yellow gold Ref: 591 known to be graduated for 30 pulsations.

    Production of reference 591 began in 1938 and ceased around 1954 and it is one of the rarest chronographs made by Patek Philippe.
