A blue and white ko-someutsuke fan-shaped mukozuke
Circa 1620-1645
Raised on three circular feet, modelled in the form as a partially-closed fan, the interior painted with a riverscape scene, 23.5cm (9¼in) long; together with a blue and white saucer dish, Tianqi, painted with stylised mythical sea creatures and crustaceans, framed by a border of segmented florets in reserve against a wave ground, 15.9cm (6¼in) diam.
