Painted around the bulbous body with four circular lotus medallions and four vertical lotus sprays, with a border of upright ruyi-head lappets above a classic-scroll band at the foot, the shoulder with four iron-red bats interspersed with blossoming chrysanthemum heads below a similar classic-scroll border, the cylindrical trumpet neck with three bands of decoration, with upright plantain leaves, stylised lotus trellises and pendent lappets.
