Gilt Qianlong seal mark and of the period
Of ovoid form rising to the trumpet-shaped mouth, supported on a short foot, the exterior decorated in shades of grey, red and brown with a skillful trompe-l'oeil design of numerous variegated pebbles 'contained' within the conglomerate stone, the rim and foot ring gilt, the base pierced with two original holes.
