A pair of jadeite mythical beasts

Each recumbent beast finely carved in mirror image, with the head slightly raised and turned to one side, with bulging eyes below the scroll eyebrows and a single horn between the pricked ears, the mane flowing down the neck over to the wings, with the tail flicked over to one side, wood stands, 9.2cm (3⅝in) across; together with a pair of jadeite phoenix groups, each carved with two birds perched on rockwork and gnarled flowering branches, wood stands, 11.6cm (4½in) high.
