Enlivened in white, decorated with two figures standing before a raised altar bound with sashes and hung with phialae, the naked youth holds a thyrsus and carries a bunch of grapes, the woman shown wearing a chiton with her hair dressed in a kekryphalos and holding a fan, set on a wave pattern, with large palmettes arranged around the pouring handle, 10¼in (26cm) high
