comprising nineteen elements, two of heart shaped, six of tubular form, six of tapering form, three of spherical form and two of hemispherical form, each of gold sheet worked in repoussé with roundels enclosing lozenges filled with dotted designs with twisted wire borders
the largest 3.5 cm. long(19)

    The decoration derives from Fatimid and Ayyubid prototypes, with the use of repousse to achieve a pseudo-granulated effect and punched cut outs to similar filigree work.
