An art deco onyx, half-pearl and diamond bracelet, circa 1930
Designed as a series of articulated corrugated plaques, graduating in size from the centre, each set with a triangular onyx inlay with a collet-set half-pearl highlight, the onyx connected by a double line of millegrain-set brilliant-cut diamonds, pearls untested, length 17.8cm.

  • This bracelet, with its strict geometric forms, is similar to the work of French avant-garde jewellers such as Paul Brandt, Jean Fouquet, Gérard Sandoz, Jean Desprès, Jean Dunand, Raymond Templier and Gustave Miklos.
