A late 19th century natural pearl and diamond brooch
The oak leaves set throughout with cushion-shaped diamonds, with three baroque natural pearl acorns encased in rose-cut diamond cups, diamonds approximately 3.60 carats total, later brooch fitting, length 5.9cm.
