A mid-18th century silver and hardstone mounted etui,
oval form with tapering sides chased with scrolls and flowers around bloodstone panels, the fitted interior with tweezers, shell-back spoon, scissors, pen, folding rule, snuff spoon, corkscrew, compass, an ivory slip, a two-pronged fork and a knife, with short ivory handles, another knife blade (lacking handle), a steel needle, length 9.6cm.
