A diamond brooch, circa 1900
Designed as a sixteen-pointed star within a floral garland surround, set throughout with cushion-shaped, old brilliant and rose-cut diamonds, the largest central stone, weighing 1.94 carats, mounted in sliver and gold, remaining diamonds approximately 9.00 carats total, later brooch fitting, length 5.8cm.
