Depicting a half-length portrait of a beauty and a Yagura clock with double foliot. The beauty in a blue kimono with an orange obi, turning her head to the right, a clock on a stand behind her, signed Shinsui ga with seal Shinsui. Published by Hotta watchmaker on the 15th anniversary of the reconstruction of the shop. Framed and glazed. Oban tate-e, visible size 31.8cm x 22.3cm (12½in x 8¾in).
