The step-cut garnet in collet mount, to shoulders each set with a princess-cut diamond in split-collet mount, together with a precious metal openwork brooch, centrally set with three round sapphires and two brilliant-cut diamonds in claw mounts, to brilliant-cut diamond set border, (stones untested for treatments), stamped 'K18', ring size N.
