Worked in glass beads depicting a pair of deer and a bird to each side, with velvet top, and drawstring closure, with metal toggles, silk lined, some splits to beadwork, repairable (12x14cm); together with five small unfinished needlework samplers from 17th to 19th century and small thread woven basket.   • This is the first time these items have been up for auction, as part of the Maude Morris needlework group, passed down and added to by the female line of one family, documented from 1755 when it was owned by Maude Morris, passing on to Maud Shepherd, Maud Eden Clark, Mary Maud Clark, Mary Maud Cooper, Mary Maud Smart, Ida Maud Parker.
