Of shaped front outline, the superstructure fitted with a pair of urn inlaid doors centred by three drawers and pigeon holes, sectional gilt brass balustraded galleries, the base with an old mellow leather and gilt tooled writing surface of shaped outline, over a central inward curved front frieze drawer, flanked by three bow front graduated drawers to each side, old brass knob handles, on square tapering legs and brass castors, 122.5cm wide, with an old if not original invoice from 'Fage & Edwins, 11, College Crescent, Swiss Cottage, N.W. Artistic Decorators, Upholsterers & Cabinet makers, Antiques Etc' dated 'Aug 25th 1913' for '1 Sheraton Writing .... Special Price £5.00', 26.5cm x 20.5cm. (2)
