A Victorian silver-gilt posy-holder,
maker W N London 1863,
Of tapering cylindrical form, with Greek key border above engraved panels and turquoise bead borders, chain connections, initialled and inscribed,
Accompanied by a letter from the British Broadcasting Corporation, dictated by Arthur Negus explaining the use of the posy holder.
Inscribed 'L to M' and 'Souvenir Thursday Jan 21st 1864'
