Having a 3.25-inch cream Arabic dial with Japy Freres monogram, the two-train movement, outside countwheel-striking the half hours on a bell, numbered 48817 and with exhibition stamp "JAPY FRERES GDE. MED. D'HONNEUR", the case cast with a large figure of a maiden placing a flower in her hair, signed in the cast "A de Ranieri" and with stamp "FABRICATION FRANCAISE/MADE IN FRANCE", standing beside a waisted marble clock housing with tri-colour veining on leaf-cast gilt metal feet, 65cm high, the urns each of two-handled ovoid form applied with a cherub over floral swags, musical trophies, ribbons etc., on a stepped marble plinth and feet as per the clock 46cm high (3)
