Frosted gilt movement with ancre escapement and compensated balance, regulation through the case band which operates a large lever pivoted through the centre, enamel dial with radial Roman numerals and outer 5 minute divisions, dial signed Breguet No.1105 at 6, and a secret signature at 12, gilt moon hands, two piece case with detachable bezels with floral engraving, snap on circular panel with an engraved monogram, large rounded bow

  • According to the Breguet certificate this watch was sold to Messieurs Mir et Cottereau de Constantinople on the 26th May 1874 for the price of 1800 francs. Mir et Cottereau were the agents for Breguet in Constantinople at the end of the 19th century.
