The silvered and gilt brass case in the form of a brick-built lighthouse with brass clock dial, Roman numerals, and trefoil hands to the twin barrelled movement with anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, the automata driven by a signed movement with rotating bevelled glasses to the gilt brass turret, the case with Spanish inscription dated 1886 60cm (23.5in) high.
