The painted wooden facade in brick red and dove grey, having nine glazed windows with moulded window bars, quoining to corners, two moulded steps to central panelled front door with moulded columns, portico and fanlight, flat roof and two chimney's, on a wooden stand with single draw containing a park scene with picket fencing, shrubs and fruit trees, carved Nuremberg style figures, including various seated and standing ladies and gentleman, taking tea, strolling ladies in carved day dresses, a band in Indian style uniform, and others, opening to front in one wing to four equally sized rooms, hallway and landing, kitchen having built in water tank and sink, fire surround, mantle and dresser, painted wooden maid, wooden table, stall and spinning wheel, brass pots, butter churn and some food stuffs, games room with glazed china lady doll, English and continental silver pieces include billiards table with green baize, two chairs decorated with scroll's, flowers and love birds, trophy and cup, coffee set on tray, hotplate, card table, set with circular table and two chairs, with scroll decoration and cupids, mirror with pierced decorated cupids, marble fireplace and waltershausen side table, drawing room with small china doll, and peg wooden doll, silver seat with scroll decoration and candle stick, carved bone furniture includes sideboard, upper shelves and top with bottles and cups, and two doors with pierced decoration, fan shaped seat with intricate pierced decoration, what-not with mirror back, turned and carved supports with three decorated shelves and ornaments, bellows, fire tongues and side table, early cardboard harpsichord, fire place with mantle, casket and pictures to walls, bedroom with seated painted wooden doll and china baby, wooden half-tester bed with red silk drapes and cover with gold tassels, cupboard, bone fire screen, dressing table and chair with pierced decoration, cardboard painted side table, wicker crib, tin fire place, gold framed mirror and pictures to walls, hallway with stairs leading to landing and first floor, with internal door ways leading to each room, (some loss to facade quoining and window bars, facade separate from house.
